Triskalia's meat poultry production is based on three principal objectives :
Firstly, to rapidly adapt to the international environment by optimising the whole production system and improving the competitiveness of the cost price.
Secondly, to continue developing quality and traceability approaches on the farms.
And finally to improve communication between the farmers and the slaughterhouses in order to optimise the service and the organisation at all levels.
In industrial terms, Ronsard possesses high-performance slaughtering and processing plants that are ISO 9002 certified: Bignan and Le Faouët in the Morbihan and Losse (Landes) and Jouy (Eure & Loir) for "label' poultry.
