Triskalia's 1,400 dairy farmer members have opted to have their farms certified.
This certification guarantees quality control at every stage and total traceability from the farm to the finished product.
Coopagri Bretagne was a forerunner in this field, obtaining the first Agri-Confiance certification for a dairy company in 1998.
More than 60% of Triskalia's milk is Agri-Confiance certified. The co-operative can therefore guarantee quality and safety for its distributors and its consumers with regard to the raw materials that go into the end-products.
The Agri-Confiance certification requires effort on a daily basis to respect strict standards in terms of hygiene, best farming practises, conformity of buildings etc...

Triskalia has strict control over the raw materials and the processing of the milk at its different industrial sites. The milk is in fact subjected to laboratory tests, which guarantee the nutritional, physico-chemical and functional qualities of the milk.

Triskalia produces milk in three major forms
staple goods (butter, cheese, condensed or powdered milk and cream...). Our Laïta subsidiary supplies end-products to Supermarkets and Hypermarkets using the Paysan Breton and Régilait brand names as well as distributors' brands.
The OVIPAC subsidiary is used to supply products for Fast Food outlets and Sandwich bars (butter, cheese and cream...), the bakers' and pastry-making sector and for vending machines.
Industrial products (powders, formulated products, caseinates, lactoremplacerums, etc ...) are supplied through the Epi Bretagne and Epi Ingrédients subsidiaries.

Ovipac is the specialist for professional consumers (tradesmen, bakers, delicatessens, caterers etc...) and for Fast Food outlets and Sandwich bars. It markets butters, creams and cheeses as well as a range of egg products (omelettes, egg whites etc...).
Régilait, is the French No 1 in the powdered milk segment for supermarkets and hypermarkets. It also proposes a range of condensed milk in tubes. It is a major player in the powdered milk export market (26 %) and in children's milk (Algeria and the Middle East ...).
Epi Ingrédients produces ranges that are tailored to each segment of the food industry (chocolates, biscuits, pre-cooked dishes etc...). These ingredients provide its clients with practical and aromatic properties (caseins, caseinates, proteins and blends...).
